1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the YJS Crown website at yjscrown.autos (the Site) and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are binding between you and YJS CROWN LLC.
2. Products and Orders
All sales are subject to product availability. Prices subject to change. Orders accepted subject to credit approval. Minimum order amounts may apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
Terms are net 30 for approved credit accounts. Late payments incur 1.5 percent monthly interest. Applicable taxes are additional.
4. Shipping
FOB Canton, Ohio. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon carrier delivery. Buyer responsible for receiving inspection.
5. Returns
Returns accepted within 60 days with prior authorization. Restocking fee applies. Special order items non-returnable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to product purchase price. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content is the property of YJS CROWN LLC.
8. Governing Law
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes in Stark County, Ohio.
9. Changes
Terms may be modified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
